How long does migration from ShopVox take?

Most shops are running on ShopFloPro within five business days. The migration assistant handles the export, mapping, and validation. White-glove service is included on the Field plan.

Do I need to replace QuickBooks?

No. ShopFloPro syncs two-way with QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Customers, items, and invoices flow both directions, mapped to your existing chart of accounts.

What devices does the field app run on?

iPhone and iPad, iOS 16 or later. The field app is offline-first — updates queue locally and merge once you're back in range.

Can I keep my history from the old system?

Yes. The importer brings over customers, products, jobs, quotes, and invoices with their original IDs. We also archive the source data so you can reconcile if needed.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No long-term contract — month-to-month or annual (annual saves 20%). Setup is free; migration is free on the Production plan and above.

What if I need a custom workflow?

The Field plan includes custom field mapping, role configuration, and workflow stages. For deeper customization or integrations, our solutions team works directly with your ops lead.
